Why it matters

How you move shapes how you swing.

Golf Strength & Conditioning develops the physical qualities behind an efficient, powerful and repeatable swing.

Mobility

The range of motion needed to reach good positions, through key areas including the hips, core and shoulders.

Stability & Control

Holding posture and balance during rotation and throughout your swing to support a repeatable swing under pressure and when fatigued.

Strength

A stronger body tolerates practice and play better, and supports a foundation for speed development.

Power & Speed

How quickly you can produce force and transger speed to the clubhead. The physical side of generating shot distance.

Assessment

Start with a baseline.

A structured physical assessment identifies your strengths and limitations, sets clear baselines and lets us track measurable progress over time.

Individual coaching

A programme that's yours.

In-person sessions are backed by an individual online programme, so you know exactly what to do, and why between visits.

Strength & conditioning is physical training, separate from technical golf tuition. FORM is not a medical or rehabilitation clinic; if you have an injury or medical condition, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
